Our house is sold and contracts exchange 10th Feb dv. Suddenly I feel like things are hotting up and our time here is coming to an end. I think I have a lot of mixed emotions… excited about the future but also quite overwhelmed by all that needs to be done before we leave! Although we’re out of ‘Aslan’s Attic’ on 10th Feb, we’re not into our home in Brentwood until the beginning of March, so the kids and I will spend time in Manchester before we head south.

The blessing is that Noah and Esther are really excited about the move and Noah talks about his new house and his new school quite a lot. Esther knows she’ll be going to ‘nursery’ school and Noah will be at ‘big’ school.

J and I are feeling quite tired and a bit under the weather but I think we’ll relax when all the packing and sorting is done. Johnny has just shifted an amazing amount of books and we are definitely committed to living a simpler life in the south.

I may jot a few more thoughts in the next few weeks but if not i’ll resume blogging in the south! Hx
