and it’s an often asked question and so heres’ something that I sometimes talk through with people? What do you reckon? How do you know if you’ve heard from GOd?
By making lots of mistakes!!
Not all the nudges we feel in our innermost parts are from God
Some are from our own desires
Others from our mind
A few or more from the enemy
IF WE DON’T RESPOND TO ANY OF THEM WE CAN’T DISCOVER WHICH WHISPERS ARE FROM GOD AND WHICH ARE NOT.
7 Questions;- I filter all my god whispers through:-
Does what I heard line up with scripture?
Does what I heard line up with circumstance?
Does what I heard line up with wise counsel?
Does what I heard line up with my visions and goals?
Does what I heard line up with a sense of peace?
Is this a thought I would normally think of on my own?
Is what I heard blanketed in love?
Johnny and Hannah reside in Essex with their gorgeous kids Noah and Esther. They love to connect with people and make an impact in their local community. Johnny is a church leader with a passion for communicating truth and encouraging people in life-long obedience to Jesus, whilst Hannah keeps the family together and is busy with women's ministry and writing projects. They love life, music, movies, coffee and books, preferably not all at the same time!
