Today has contained a number of frustrations, not least of all scraping the car and bursting the rear tire. In itself no big deal, but combined with accidentally deleting some stuff I needed on my mac (arragh), dealing with uniforms covered in paint and burning the kids’ tea, I’m ready for another holiday!

My exact time for any who are interested in these things was 1 hour 54.02 minutes! I came 159th out of 686 female runners, so perhaps I can aim to be in the top 100 next time (hmmm….!)

The kids have been off this week and we have had a packed programme as ever. N,E & I spent a good chunk of the week in Manchester with grandparents so Noah and Esther had lots of fun and opportunity to exhaust their unlimited energy supplies.
